Memori developed a PaaS/SaaS platform for conversational agents AI, which can be integrated into VR.
The project enabled:
- to improve the autonomy of the product by significantly innovating it,
- optimise customer support and
- to promote the product through automated systems, realising specialised agents and a VR tutorial for non-technical users.
