SecurityOpenLab talks about us in an interview with Nunzio Fiore for Memori

"The mistake many people make is aiming for the latest language model, when instead you need to immerse it in an infrastructure". This is the conviction of Nunzio Fiore, CEO and founder of Memori, an Italian company founded in 2017 with the goal of letting anyone create AI agents back when they weren't even called that yet. The result is a proprietary platform, AIsuru, that allows businesses and professionals to build conversational agents without writing code, connecting them to business processes.

Two traits have set Memori's platform apart from the very beginning: the ability to create a digital twin of oneself, and the strong decoupling between sensitive data and the data one actually wants the generative model to use. In Fiore's view, in fact, "security and privacy by design have been foundational elements", and what happened afterwards confirmed that this intuition was correct. Just think of European regulations, such as the AI Act or the Italian AI law (formerly the AI Bill, now Law 132/2025), which according to the CEO have made security, transparency, and the user's right to know which data a given answer comes from central issues. All these topics are already present in the platform, along with ISO procedures and regulatory frameworks.

The move toward governance also stems from observing the market. Fiore describes the shift from a 2023 in which AI was talked about as a kind of magic, to a 2026 in which companies deploy AI capabilities they often don't even know they have, capabilities that remain outside of any control, as in the case of Shadow AI. Memori's answer is to embed AIsuru into role management, into identifying who owns....
