Microsoft 365 productivity
The agent reads and sends Outlook emails, even with attachments, extracts text from PDFs and invoices, navigates SharePoint documents respecting each user's permissions, and accesses Loop files.

Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Monday.com, Glacier: customer records, opportunities, sales history, projects. The agent answers with real company data, not assumptions.
Databases
PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and even Firebird (yes, even legacy ERPs): natural language queries on production data, read-only when caution is needed.
Documents
The agent creates and edits real Word and Excel files, with formulas, charts, and company letterhead from templates, delivering them with a download link. With Google Workspace it does the same on Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
Automation
n8n, Zapier, Cloudflare: the agent triggers existing workflows or manages infrastructure. And with the internal Scheduler it runs recurring tasks autonomously: press reviews, periodic reports, inbox monitoring.
Native capabilities
Persistent memory for every agent, data analysis with code, image generation, Wikipedia and web search, and even agent-to-agent communication: an AIsuru agent can consult another and use its knowledge.
The piece you don't see in the image: the gateway
Every connector passes through a proprietary layer that handles what makes the difference, in a company, between a demo and a production project: OAuth and per-user login (everyone sees only what they're entitled to), encrypted credentials and tokens, identity verification on every call, per-user data isolation, logs, and automatic expirations.
It's the difference between AI that talks and AI that acts, within the security boundaries a company demands.
